About the Role:

As a Restoration Project Manager at Voda, you'll oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are done right, on time, and with exceptional service. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, coordinating crews, managing estimates, and closing sales with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

Create accurate estimates using Xactimate
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inspection to completion
Confidently sell restoration services, educate homeowners, and close leads
Deliver top-tier customer service during stressful situations
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters
Ensure timely job completion, quality control, and customer satisfaction

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience using Xactimate for scoping and estimating (required)
Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Has a proven sales ability and is comfortable explaining services to clients
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Brings excellent communication and customer service skills
Has restoration experience (water, fire, mold, etc.)
